Example of signs that are without the Moon Top and may be either hung horizontal or on the vertical. Clip art is extra and may be added either left or right of the horizontal; or either up or down on the vertical signs. 

SAMPLE DESIGNS--sample of templates ready to go. I can work up something special on request. Depending on the amount of work to accommodate custom orders there may be some additional charges, though I work to keep my prices down and competitive. 

Some details to consider when you're ready to order. 

1) NAME: Do you want a name, numbers, or something business related? Welcome, Open/Closed, Restroom, etc.  Of course, correct spelling of name (or numbers) is paramount. Do you want a title: The, Mr., Mrs., Miss, Home Of, etc. Do you want your last name in the possessive (apostrophe-- 's), i.e. The Smith's.  Names that end in "s" can be a little tricky: Jenkins, or Jenkins', or Jenkins's are all correct. Often the choice is to forgo "The" on the moon piece and leave off the extra "'s"-- but the choice is yours. 

• Do you want a title--"The" "Mr." "Mrs." Miss", etc.? Do you want your name in the possessive--with an apostrophe? Names that are long or end in "s" can be awkward (i.e. Ross =  The Ross's). Or you can omit the apostrophe (and title) as in the "Rickard" sign.

2) STYLE: I use 6" cedar. Signs with top moon piece create a sign 12" in height. Width will vary depending on the length of the name. On longer names that include the top moon piece, I will use smaller letters to give the sign a more balanced look. How do you want it styled?

• Do you want  just a plain horizontal or vertical sign?  
• Do you want your vertical or horizontal sign with clip art? 

⇛ 1-5 letters or numbers is $25
⇛ 6-10 letters or numbers is $35
⇛ Clip art added to sign is extra--$15.

• Do you want your sign topped with the moon shaped piece (height doubles to around 12"; length varies, (clip art included).
  ⇛ 1-5 letters or numbers is $50
  ⇛ 6-10 letters or numbers is $60

• The moon shaped top wood-burned examples. 

• Other options available upon request. 
• Another option is to double the boards. This creates a sign 12" inches in height (width varies by length of name).--This will cost more @ $60-$80  ($30 for the art and $10 for every 5"). I will need to work up a design and estimate per each individual sign.

  

  This solved serval problems as "Ross" would be too short for a moon and adding an 'S seemed awkward with three "S." This party also wanted "Family" added to the sign. Making a double-boarded sign seemed the best solution to bring this project to a happy conclusion.  

3) ART: It is helpful if you can provide a sample of clip art that you like, or I can provide you with one of my previous designs. I can also customize clip art. For example, the sailboat can be swapped out for a catamaran or kayaks. You can even request a color design--maybe you'd like the sail to be red and yellow. I will work with you to help you get a sign that is personal and meaningful.

4) HANGING OPTIONS--hooks or chain:  I attach a chain to the sign so it is ready to hang. (Alternatives hanging options, like back hooks can be requested.) Signs are painted with exterior enamel and weather sealed. Signs can be placed in or out of doors and will last for years.

5) DELIVERY: Payment upon delivery. I will deliver within the Spokane/CdA area. I can ship, but would add an additional $20 for handling and shipping in the continental USA.
